Deliveries and returns

Click & Collect delivery

Customers of the website www.choco-france.com are offered the service of collecting orders from Beussent Lachelle stores.

When validating the order, the customer selects their collection store as well as the time and day they want. A period of one day is necessary between the payment of the order and the collection of the latter in order to prepare it for you with the greatest care.

On the day you collect your order, simply go to the salesperson with your ID to collect your order.

The withdrawal period may be extended depending on the availability of certain products in store, in which case we will contact you directly to confirm your withdrawal date if one or more products become out of stock.

Delivery rates

For each product there is a net weight and a gross weight. Delivery rates are set according to the amount of your order, the delivery method chosen by the customer when confirming the order and the destination area.

To find out the delivery rates depending on the size of your order, a non-exhaustive price list is provided:

• The distribution of countries by geographic zone is established automatically in connection with the price lists of our unique carrier Chronopost Food & Fresh.

Transport - Shipping times

Order deliveries are made by the carrier Chronopost (DPD Group) for mainland France and internationally.

Orders received via the internet after acceptance of payment by the bank card center are prepared and shipped within the week.

Delivery times are as follows:

Metropolitan France: 48 hours from collection of the package by the carrier for home and relay delivery, except weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed on the website from Thursday afternoon (12:00 p.m. - French time) until Monday morning will be shipped from Monday afternoon for delivery within the time frame announced by the carrier Chronopost.

These deadlines are given for information purposes only. No compensation may be requested in the event of a possible delay in delivery.

We cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur to the products if the package has been opened during transport, nor in the event of the recipient being absent when the package is dropped off.

Replacement and Refund

No returns, refunds or replacements will be accepted. No reservations can be made by the customer on criteria concerning the taste, freshness and appearance of the products.

In the event that deliveries cannot be made due to customs issues, strikes or damage or any other cause of force majeure under the responsibility of the carrier. The products will be replaced or refunded.
