Mayan Log
Presented in the form of a log to share, discover a delicious praline with hazelnuts, pistachios and grilled corn, all coated in Beussent Lachelle milk chocolate.
We roast all the cocoa beans ourselves. Then we conch them to create our own chocolate. All these steps are done in our workshop in Beussent in Pas-de-Calais.

Enrobage : chocolat au lait cacao : 42 % minimum (lait entier en poudre, beurre de cacao, sucre, fèves de cacao, émulsifiant (lécithine de tournesol), poudre naturelle de vanille, fleur de sel de Guérande).
Fourrage : Praliné (noisettes du piémont, sucre), maïs grillé salé (maïs, huile de tounesol, sel marin et épices naturelles), pistaches concassées
