Beggars
Traditional mendiants, combining the finesse of dark or milk chocolate, sprinkled with raisins, decorated with a walnut kernel, a whole almond and a Piedmont hazelnut.
We roast all the cocoa beans ourselves. Then we conch them to create our own dark or milk chocolate. All these steps are done in our workshop in Beussent in Pas-de-Calais.

Chocolat au lait cacao : 42% minimum (lait entier en poudre, beurre de cacao, sucre, fèves de cacao, émulsifiant (lécithine de tournesol), poudre naturelle de vanille, fleur de sel de Guérande), noix, noisettes, amandes, raisins.
