The 74% organic dark chocolate bar is made from beans that we have selected from Brazil for their complex aromatic potential: floral, dried fruit, sweet and sugary aromas of caramel or vanilla. Arrived at our two chocolate factories in Hauts-de-France in Beussent (62) and Lachelle (60), the beans are roasted and conched according to traditional know-how in order to reveal their full taste potential.
