The organic 78% dark Ecuador chocolate bar comes from the famous and extremely rare Arriba Nacional Ecuad gold bean, considered by specialists to be one of the most famous in the world. We have been growing it since 2007 on our plantation in Ecuador. Once it arrives in France, the bean is roasted and conched in our two chocolate factories in Hauts-de-France in Beussent (62) and Lachelle (60).
