This Nicaragua 74% dark chocolate bar is made from beans that we have selected from Nicaragua for their fruity potential. Their natural bitterness combined with the fruitiness suggested an interesting combination. Arriving at our two chocolate factories in Hauts-de-France in Beussent (62) and Lachelle (60), the beans were roasted and conched to reveal all of their taste potential.
