This 74% dark chocolate bar is made from beans of the “white criollo” variety selected in Mexico. These beans have three particularities: clarity, fruity and tangy sides. Arriving at our two chocolate factories in Hauts-de-France in Beussent (62) and Lachelle (60), the roasting and conching operations aim to reveal the full potential of these beans. The result is a surprising and exceptional chocolate.
