Tasting notes : fruity flavors of raspberry, red fruits, yellow fruits, tangy, chocolatey and airy.
This organic 74% dark Tanzania chocolate bar is made from beans that we have selected from Tanzania. These beans naturally had fruity notes of raspberry, peach and grape as well as a tangy side that roasting and conching in our two chocolate factories in Beussent (62) and Lachelle (60) aimed to enhance.
