This dark chocolate bar: 80% cocoa is made from beans that we have selected from Papua for their notes of red fruits and peanuts.
Arriving at our two chocolate factories in Hauts-de-France in Beussent (62) and Lachelle (60), the beans were roasted and conched in order to reveal all their taste potential.
